What to do Before June 30th
- Please complete column 4 (estimated true and full value as defined in NDCC 57-02.27.1, equalized by the County Board)
- Return the abstract by June 30th as an email attachment to dtlsurface@nd.gov
- Send a copy to the ND Tax Dept propassessment@nd.gov
Copies of the updated abstracts will be available on this website with the data received from various counties.
What to do Before December 31st
- Please check column 4 through 6 for adequacy and make corrections, if necessary
- Complete column 7 (total applicable mill rate)
- Update column 9 (assessment district)
- Return the abstract before December 31st as an email attachment to dtlsurface@nd.gov
- Send a copy to the ND Tax Dept propassessment@nd.gov
Copies of the final abstracts will be available on this website after you have received your payment.
