TAKE NOTICE that the Department of Trust Lands, on behalf of the Board of University and School Lands (Board), will accept public comment in accordance with N.D.A.C. chapter 85-04-09 on an application received from Central Power Electric Cooperative, Inc. for the sale of land for a public or quasi-public purpose (N.D.C.C. ch. 15-09)…

Comments will be accepted from 8:00 a.m. CT, on August 8th through 5:00 p.m. CT on August 20th.

Written comments must be sent to the Department of Trust Lands, 1707 North 9th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota 58501 or emailed to dtlrequest@nd.gov .

The proposed Board of University & School Lands Code of Ethics Policy Manual was presented to the Board of University and School Lands (Board) on May 25, 2021, for the first reading and will be presented to the Board at the Board’s June 26, 2021 meeting for the second reading.  If adopted at the second reading the policies will become effective on July 1, 2021.  Comments must be in writing via email or letter sent to dtlrequest@nd.gov and must be received by the Department of Trust Lands by 5:00 p.m. on June 22, 2021.
