The Board of University and School Lands will conduct an online oil and gas lease auction for fifty-seven (57) tracts in Billings, Bottineau, Divide, Dunn, McKenzie and Stark Counties, ND. Bidding will commence January 25, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. CST and end February 1, 2022.

A 3% convenience fee will be assessed. Anyone needing auxiliary aids and services should call Lynn at (701) 328-1921 by January 18, 2022.

The Department of Trust Lands will be closed on Friday, December 31st by state law in observance of New Year's Day.  We will reopen Monday, January 3rd for regular business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The Board of University & School Lands will hold their regular December meeting on Tuesday, December 21st at 9:00 AM.  Attendance is allowed in person in the Governor's Conference Room and via Microsoft Teams.
